- Create your blend beer from among various other cereal beers, more or less roasted, malted, more or less hopped and peat-smoked…. under your brewer’ advices.
- Develop the marketing of your beer by finding a name for it and work on the launch of this new brand.
In the end: Presentation of each cuvee by each team and blind tasting contest to elect the great Beer winner of BEER ACADEMY.
For those who do not drink alcohol : a selection of non-alcoholic beers will be offered in parallel for everyone to play.
